The location was perfect and clinic was designed in a cool and friendly way to make patients don't think too much about their concerns. All communication within the building were clear, informative and easy to read; the App was a brilliant idea and very helpful to keep track of the queu system especially after reading bad revious about inefficientcy in time keeping of the clininc. The forms filled at entrance were clear and self explanatory and had a number on it referring to the queu system and based on first come first serve basis. The only comment is about the way to return the filled form as this wasn't clear and people were queuing from two sides and other didn't know what to do; the blond assistant at reception wasn't happy about this and you could clearly notice from her behavior and tone of voice, totally unappropriated. Visit was professional, doctor very competent and explain everything in details including giving advices!! Nurse carried out medications and she was also very polite and reassuring!! When I left I had to re book appointment For another day and the same blond assistant at reception treat me like if I was supposed to know everything and made me uncofortable in asking questions and trying to schedule a day of appointment. No eye contact no smile, no friendly or helpful at all. Only hope I'm not meeting her again.

Worst clinic I've ever been too. Receptionist extremely unhelpful and rude and don't tell you anything. Waited 3 hours only to find out i had not even been put on the system to be seen. Notice on the reception said to expect and hours wait. When I asked the receptionist I was told that was unreliable. If it's not reliable then why put it up. Will definitely use a different clinic in future even if this is the most convenient. I'd rather travel further for a better service.

Fantastic, professional and the care was to an exceptional standard. I went to have the contraceptive implant removed and replaced at the doctor was very experienced, very quick and gentle. The previous time I had my implant replaced (at my previous GP) I was in a great deal of pain for the next couple of days. However I experienced hardly any pain after the procedure at Burrell Street or discomfort in my arm - thank you for making it such a comfortable experience!

Really nice clinic, clean (this makes a difference), state of the art and easy to find. The nurse was really good, non judgmental. The receptionists were a tad 'off' but you only see them when you walk in, you then fill out the form, hand it back and are directed to a waiting room round the back. I went on a Friday morning and it was a really quick process.

A really good clinic. I've been twice now for checkups. The wait was not too bad (about 50 mins) and the nurse(s) who did my tests were very professional, non-judgemental and pleasant. It can get very busy at weekends but I went on a Monday afternoon. The clinic is spotlessly clean and modern. They have a lab there so you get an initial diagnosis of any problems very quickly. Receptionists can be a little fierce but I imagine they have a tough job especially when it's busy.

Belated feedback! I came to the clinic in Aug 2013 and saw Irene who examined me and worked out what the problem was straight away. I had seen two other doctors from June 2013 in another London clinic and clearly they had misdiagnosed me (it happens!) and gave me treatment which did not work. The treatment that Irene gave me worked straight away and the symptoms that had been worrying me and causing me some pain for 3 months disappeared almost immediately. I also want to thank the receptionist I spoke to on the phone (sorry I do not know her name) as she warned me to arrive early before the clinic opened and queue on the Sunday, which I did, and I was seen almost straight away as a result. I am always going to come Burrell Street in the future and have been recommending it to everyone.

The clinic is really good and been attending since it started at guys and st thomas hospital. - My only issue is that, they have publicised this clinic so much. I'm seeing my old teachers, students etc. I just want to keep certain things private.
